Wholehearted Living

Is There a Formula for Wholehearted Living?
In the book Daring Greatly, Dr. Brene' Brown tells how she was researching vulnerability, fear, and shame when she accidentally stumbled upon a discovery that was about to unravel her life. According to Brene's research, she uncovered a pattern of thriving in life that she later defined as "Wholehearted Living."

Brene says, "Wholehearted Living is engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, no matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough."

This discovery set Brene' on a two-year quest to reset her priorities and redesign her life for deeper meaning and fulfillment.

Below are Brene's findings as to what Wholehearted people do differently and how we can cultivate a more Wholehearted and fulfilling life for ourselves.
